Although the site is very narrow, by the longer side it has more different situations –starting with parking lot by the street, big fruit trees protected the site from the noise, vegetable garden, cottage, lawn surrounded by flowers ending with stream under the big trees. Two center points were established – one already existed on the lower side with the terrace view to the embankment of the stream and a new one, on the higher, sunny part – on the neighborhood with the inner yard. The parents house becomes a part of a new structure as the assignment of the client was defined.
