about

the concept of the exhibition is based on the theme of mobility, which is one of the 3 main themes of the 2020 dubai expo. the pavilion turns up the relationship of the real situation between the country and the growing logistics halls. the idea is to present the landscape and cultural qualities by exhibition elements based on mobile robots (from the warehouse environment), to compose by moving elements the unique quality of the exhibition and the space itself.
mobile showcases, panels and led columns blend the interior and exterior into a continuously animated exhibition space.
the pavilion consists of an assembled hall and a light shading construction around the perimeter. the hall is constructed from a modular wooden structure made of prefabricated panels and spatial cells. dimensions are optimized for container transport and allow simple assembly, disassembly and other flexible use of the elements.
